The scientific journal "Jurisprudence and Family Law" affiliated to Imam Sadiq University was indexed on the DOAJ International Database.

"Jurisprudence and Family Law" is the first bi-monthly specialized journal in the field of jurisprudence and family law in the country, which was launched by the Imam Sadiq University Sisters Campus and is indexed on the DOAJ International Database.

At present, this publication, in cooperation with the Scientific Association of Jurisprudence and Family Law of Iran, works with the following goals and perspectives to accept research, extension and practical articles:

1. Publication of problem-oriented, comparative and interdisciplinary research articles in the field of jurisprudence and family law;
2. Responding to the doubts, challenges and needs in the field of jurisprudence and family law in specialized fields and areas;
3. Introducing researchers, especially women researchers, to the research fields of Islamic jurisprudence and law;
4. Creating the ground for the growth of researchers to recognize the principles of jurisprudence and common patterns with new and fundamental reflection in Islamic sciences and critical study in them;
5. A comparative study in the concepts of Islamic law and other Western correspondence in order to interact scientifically and promote creative and critical thinking with emphasis on religious studies, jurisprudence and family law. DOAJ is one of the most reputable international databases for indexing open access journals in all scientific and research topics, which allows you to access and search indexed articles for free, in full text and without restrictions.
