| چکیده | ||
| نوشته حاضر سعی دارد، عدالت اسلامی را در مفهوم شایسته سالاری و نقش آن را در کارآمدی نظام سیاسی با تکیه بر آیات قرآن و برخی روایات بررسی کند. مدعای مقاله این است که کارآمدی و توسعه در یک نظام سیاسی و اجتماعی تنها زمانی ایجاد می‌شود که افراد لایق و شایسته روی کار آمده و شایسته سالاری مبنا باشد. به منظور بررسی مدعا در آغاز به تعریف عدالت توجه شده است. در تعاریف اسلامی، عدالت یعنی قرار گرفتن هر چیز در جای خود. نتیجه این نوع عدالت رضایت‌مندی مردم، ثبات و توسعه نظام سیاسی و مدیریتی است. در کنار این نوع عدالت، وجود یک قانون متناسب و مطابق با نیازهای انسان که بتواند روابط میان انسان‌ها را بر اساس تعادل سامان دهد، لازم و ضروری است. هدف اصلی در مقاله حاضر، بررسی این موضوع در یک حکومت الهی و دینی است. نگارنده در پی آن است که بر اساس نظریات آیت الله مطهری و با استنباط از قرآن و برخی روایات، نگاهی دوباره به مفهوم عدالت اجتماعی بیندازد که می‌تواند در کارآمدی و ثبات نظام سیاسی و مدیریتی به عنوان یک اصل اساسی، برای هر نظامی، نقش بسیار تعیین کننده داشته باشد. | ||

| The present article tries to study Islamic justice in the concept of meritocracy and its role in the efficiency of the political system based on the verses of the Qur'an and some narrations. The article argues that efficiency and development in a political and social system can only be achieved when competent people come to work and meritocracy is the basis. In order to examine the claim, the definition of justice has been considered at the beginning. In Islamic definitions, justice means putting everything in its place. The result of this kind of justice is the satisfaction of the people, the stability and development of the political and managerial system. In addition to this type of justice, it is necessary to have a law commensurate with human needs that can regulate relations between human beings on the basis of balance. The main purpose of this article is to examine this issue in a divine and religious government. Based on the theories of Ayatollah Motahhari and inferred from the Quran and some narrations, the author seeks to take another look at the concept of social justice, which can play a great role in the efficiency and stability of the political and managerial system as a basic principle for any system.
