| چکیده | ||
| در هر حیطه از مباحث علوم انسانی چاره‌ای جز بحث و بررسی پیرامون شناخت انسان به عنوان مادر و سرمنشأ علوم انسانی نیست. از جمله موضوع‌هایی که تأمّل و تعمق در مباحث انسان‌شناسی در آن گریزناپذیر است، حاکمیت و نظریه‌های پیرامون آن به عنوان یکی از مؤلفه‌های مهم حیات اجتماعی می‌باشد. به ویژه آنجا که با داعیه تبیین تئوری‌های بومی و با نگاهی میان‌رشته‌ای وارد این عرصه گردیم. رویکرد اصلی این نوشتار نقد و بررسی مبانی فلسفی و انسان‌شناختی اصل تفکیک قوا در دوران معاصر بر اساس نگاه اسلام به انسان است و سپس از این رهگذر ارائه الگویی تحلیلی در نظرگاه اسلامی حکومت، نسبت به این اصل و کارکرد آن در حاکمیت اسلامی. این امر با عنایت به ترسیم پارادایمی جدید مبتنی بر بازتعریف نظریه تفکیک قوا و اصل و منشأ حاکمیت بر اساس مبانی انسان‌شناسی اسلامی شکل می‌گیرد. | ||

| There is no choice but to study and discuss the nature of man and to know him as the source and origin of the humanities in their various branches. One of the topics requiring contemplation and deliberation in anthropological issues is sovereignty and its relevant theories as one of the significant components of social life. It is particularly important to investigate this topic with the aim of explaining domestic theories in this regard and studying them with an interdisciplinary approach. The principal approach in this article is the study and criticism of the philosophical and anthropological foundations of the principle of separation of powers in contemporary times based on the study of man from the perspective of Islam. Accordingly, an analytical paradigm of this principle and its function in Islamic sovereignty is presented based on the concept of government from an Islamic perspective. This can be formed after introducing a new paradigm based on the redefinition of the theory of separation of powers and on the source and origin of sovereignty according to Islamic anthropological foundations. | ||
