The Statement of the Publisher’s Representative

Now that, by the will of Almighty God and through the efforts of the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Law at Imam Sadiq University (peace be upon him), The Journal of Islamic Law Research —under the esteemed editorship of Professor Dr. Nejadali Almasi—has entered its twenty-third year of publication, it has become necessary to implement certain changes to enhance the quality of this academic journal at all levels. These changes aim to ensure maximum conformity with the new standards of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology regarding academic journals and to provide a suitable foundation for the journal’s future goals and vision. In the spirit of transparency, the following measures taken are presented to our esteemed readers:

• To achieve greater regularity and expedite the publication of journal issues, based on the license obtained from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the publication frequency of The Islamic Law Research Journal was changed from biannual to quarterly beginning in its twenty-third year (2022).

• To enhance national and international recognition, the journal’s articles have been indexed and updated in citation and academic databases such as DOAJ, Academia, Google Scholar, and LinkedIn. The articles are also continuously accessible through ISC, SID, Noormags, Magiran, Civilica, and the National Library of Iran.

• In order to align the journal’s visual identity with its scholarly goals and content, Issue No. 54 was published with a new cover design and presented to the academic community.

• The reduction of the initial review and peer-review periods—while maintaining accuracy and quality—and timely notification of authors have also been achieved through the dedication of the editorial board, respected reviewers, and the journal’s executive team.

It is hoped, by divine grace and through the sincere efforts of our colleagues at the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Law, as well as the commitment of the legal academic community to producing high-quality scholarly research—warmly welcomed by the Quarterly Journal of Islamic Law Research—that we may contribute further to the enrichment of Islamic legal knowledge in both theory and practice.

اکنون که با خواست خداوند متعال و کوشش دانشکده معارف اسلامی و حقوق دانشگاه امام صادق (علیه‌السلام) «پژوهش‌نامه حقوق اسلامی» به سردبیری استاد گرانقدر آقای دکتر نجادعلی الماسی، قدم در بیست و سومین سال انتشار خود نهاده است، این ضرورت احساس شد تا به منظور ارتقاء کیفیت این مجله علمی در همه سطوح، انطباق حداکثری با موازین جدید وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری در خصوص نشریات علمی و همچنین ایجاد بستری مساعد برای اهداف و چشم‌انداز‌های آتی این مجله، تغییراتی در کیفیت اداره پژوهش‌نامه صورت پذیرد. در راستای شفافیت و استحضار پژوهشگران ارجمند اقدامات صورت گرفته تقدیم مخاطبان گرانقدر می‌گردد:

• با هدف ایجاد نظم بیشتر و تسریع در انتشار شمارگان مجله، به موجب مجوز اخذ شده از وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، دوره انتشار پژوهش‌نامه حقوق اسلامی از ابتدای سال بیست و سوم ‌(1401) از «دوفصلنامه» به «فصلنامه» تغییر یافت.
• در راستای ارتقای اعتبار ملی و بین‌المللی، مقالات پژوهش‌نامه در پایگاه‌های استنادی و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی نظیر DOAJ، Academia، Google Scholar و LinkedIn نمایه و به‌روزسانی گردید. همچنین مقالات پژوهش‌نامه در پایگاه‌های ISC، SID، Noormags، Magiran، Civilica و کتابخانه ملی ایران به صورت روزآمد در دسترس پژوهشگران گرامی است.
• با هدف انطباق جلوه‌‌ بصری پژوهش‌نامه با اهداف و محتوای علمی آن، شماره پنجاه و چهارم با طرح جلد جدید به جامعه علمی کشور عرضه گردید.
• کاهش زمان پذیرش اولیه و داوری مقالات همزمان با حفظ دقت و کیفیت، و اعلام نتیجه به نویسندگان محترم نیز از دیگر اقداماتی است که به همّت گروه محترم دبیران (هیئت تحریریه)، داوران ارجمند و گروه اجرایی این مجله محقق شده است.

امید است به توفیق الهی، با مساعی بلیغ همکاران ما در دانشکده معارف اسلامی و حقوق و اهتمام جامعه حقوقی کشور در انجام پژوهش‌های وزین علمی که «فصلنامه علمی پژوهش‌نامه حقوق اسلامی» صمیمانه پذیرای آن است، به غنای دانش حقوق اسلامی در دو عرصه نظریه و عمل بیافزاییم.
