| امروزه رمزارزها در نظام اقتصادی بین‌المللی نقش قابل ملاحظه‌ای پیدا کرده‌اند و ضرورت دارد که هم به جهت اقتصادی و هم به جهت سیاست‌گذاری‌های کلان حقوقی و حکمرانی، برنامه‌ریزی جامعی در این عرصه صورت بگیرد. با عنایت به این ضرورت، پژوهش حاضر با واکاوی و تحلیل ماهیت و پدیده رمزارزها و ابعاد فنی آن‌ها، برخی چالش‌های اقتصادی و حکمرانی را که رمزارزها ایجاد کرده‌اند، مورد تحلیل قرار داده و در ادامه، به‌صورت مبسوط، مؤلفه‌ها و چالش‌های فقهی مربوط به آن‌ها را تحلیل و تبیین کرده است. همچنین، وضعیت‌شناسی فقهی رمزارزها در برخی کشورهای اسلامی مانند امارات، مالزی و عربستان نیز مد نظر بوده است. در محور بعدی، سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و خط‌مشی‌گذاری‌هایی که ناظر به رمزارزها در اتحادیه اروپا و آمریکا صورت گرفته، گزارش شده است. | ||

| Nowadays, cryptocurrencies have found a significant role in the international economic system, and it is necessary to make a comprehensive plan in this field, both for economic purposes and for macro-legal policies and governance; With regard to this necessity, the present research, by examining and analyzing the nature and phenomenon of cryptocurrencies and their technical dimensions, has analyzed some economic and governance challenges created by cryptocurrencies, and in the following, the components and has analyzed and explained the legal challenges related to them; Also, the jurisprudential status of cryptocurrencies in some Islamic countries such as UAE, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia has also been considered. In the next axis, the policy making and policies related to cryptocurrencies in the European Union and the United States are reported, and finally, in a comprehensive and analytical manner, proposed policy approaches to cryptocurrencies are presented. | ||
