| چکیده | ||
| نظریه روابط ضمنی یکی از مباحث روابط بین فردی می باشد که تاکنون بیشتر در مطالعات روانشناسی به کار گرفته شده است. این نظریه که به مطالعه روابط نزدیک می پردازد، دو باور رشد و سرنوشت را ارائه می دهد که در مطالعات مختلف به نام های دیگری نیز قابل مشاهده است. هدف این مطالعه توسعه این نظریه در بستر سازمانی و در ارتباط با رهبران سازمان می باشد. این مطالعه برای رسیدن به این هدف با استفاده از روش تحقیق پدیدارشناسی و ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، به صورت کیفی با 21 نفر از رهبران سازمان‌های عمومی دارای رفتار داوطلبانه مصاحبه می نماید. روش نمونه گیری به صورت قضاوتی هدفمند می باشد و جامعه آماری از بین سرپرستانی که دارای حداقل 5 سال سابقه کاری در رهبری تیم های داوطلبانه دارند، انتخاب گردید. یافته ها نشان می دهد، نه تنها باورهای رشد و سرنوشت در نظریه روابط ضمنی که تاکنون در مطالعات روانشناسی به کار گرفته می شد، قابلیت استفاده در مطالعات سازمانی را نیز دارد، بلکه با نگاه سازمانی می توان این نظریه را در یک دیدگاه طیفی با شش باور شامل باور سرنوشت، باور مشروط، باور گشودگی، باور عدم مقاومت، باور قدرشناسی و نهایتاً باور رشد دسته بندی نمود. | ||

| The theory of implicit relations is one of the topics of interpersonal relations that has been used mostly in psychological studies. This theory, which deals with the study of close relationships, presents two beliefs of growth and destiny, which can be seen in different studies under other names. The purpose of this study is to develop this theory in the context of the organization and in relation to the leaders of the organization. In order to achieve this goal, this study qualitatively interviews 21 leaders of public organizations with voluntary behavior using the phenomenological research method and semi-structured interview tool. The sampling method is Purposive and the statistical population was selected from supervisors who have at least 5 years of work experience in leading voluntary teams. The findings show that not only the beliefs of growth and destiny in the theory of implicit relationships, which have been used in psychological studies, can also be used in organizational studies, but from an organizational perspective, this theory can be viewed in a spectrum perspective with six Beliefs were categorized as destiny belief, conditional belief, openness belief, non-resistance belief, appreciationbelief, and finally belief in growth. | ||
