| چکیده | ||
| بهره‌کشی اقتصادی از کودکان و نوجوانان عنوانی است که توجه کمتر پژوهشی را به خود جلب کرده‌است. از این‌رو نگارش حاضر به بررسی شرایط حاکم بر بزه‌دیدگان اطفال و نوجوان از دریچه جرم بهره‌کشی اقتصادی و در دایره جغرافیایی شهر مشهد پرداخته است. از آن‌جایی که این قشر کوچک نان‌آوران خانواده خود محسوب می‌شوند، با ممانعت خانواده خود برای کار کردن مواجه نیستند. لکن نیروی انسانی از جمله مهم‌ترین سرمایه‌های کشور محسوب می‌شوند که توجه به شرایط آن‌ها در نهایت منتهی به بهبود وضعیت جامعه در چشم‌انداز سال-های آینده می‌شود. دادسرای ناحیه پنج مشهد (مجتمع شوق زندگی)، از جمله مراجع تخصصی قضایی در شهر مشهد است که ویژه رسیدگی به امور صغار و محجورین می‌باشد. پژوهش پیش‌رو جهت تبیین رویه‌های مجتمع شوق زندگی در حمایت از کودکان بزه‌دیده، ده پرونده با مضمون بهره‌کشی اقتصادی از اطفال و نوجوانان را انتخاب و با روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی کرده‌است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پرونده‌های مطروح در مجتمع شوق زندگی در چهار قلمروی روان‌شناسانه، پزشکی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی کودکان و نوجوانان کار را مورد حمایت قرار می‌‌دهند. برای مثال، برگزاری جلسات مشاوره، فراهم کردن شرایط تحصیلی، تهیه وسایل امرار معاش خانواده و مراقبت‌های درمانی از جمله مداخلاتی است که زیر نظر مقام قضایی در چهار حوزه مختلف انجام می‌شود. در مجموع با انجام اقدامات انجام شده در این مجمتع این مهم حاصل شد که مداخلات حمایتی در خصوص کودکان و خانواده آن‌ها منجر به کاهش تعداد کودکان کار و کنترل بهره‌کشی اقتصادی از کودکان در شهر مشهد شده‌است. | ||

| Economic exploitation of children and adolescents is a topic that has attracted less research attention. Therefore, the present paper has examined the conditions prevailing over child and adolescent victims through the lens of the crime of economic exploitation and within the geographical scope of Mashhad city. Since this small group is considered the breadwinners of their families, they do not face their families preventing them from working. However, human resources are considered among the most important assets of the country, and paying attention to their conditions will ultimately lead to the improvement of the situation of society in the future. Mashhad District 5 Prosecutor's Office (Shogh Zendighi Complex) is one of the specialized judicial authorities in Mashhad city that specializes in handling minors and the disabled. In order to explain the procedures of Shogh Zendighi Complex in supporting child victims, the present study has selected ten cases with the theme of economic exploitation of children and adolescents and examined them using the method of content analysis. The findings of this study show that the cases presented in the Shogh Zendig Complex support working children and adolescents in four areas: psychological, medical, economic, and cultural. For example, holding counseling sessions, providing educational conditions, providing family livelihoods, and medical care are among the interventions that are carried out under the supervision of the judicial authority in four different areas. Overall, the measures taken in this complex have resulted in the fact that supportive interventions for children and their families have led to a reduction in the number of working children and control of economic exploitation of children in the city of Mashhad. | ||
