| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه چارچوب مفهومی آمایه‌های ذهنی مدیران مدارس بر اساس سیره انبیا در قرآن کریم است. در این راستا، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی جهت‌دار 121 آیه قرآن مرتبط با رفتار و گفتار چهار پیامبر الهی (یوسف، موسی، داوود و سلیمان علیهم‌السلام) تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد آمایه‌های ذهنی مدیران در پنج دسته مقوله اصلی شامل آمایه‌های ذهنی «اعتقادبنیاد»، «انسان‌بنیاد»، «پیوندبنیاد»، «جهان‌بنیاد» و «عملکردبنیاد» طبقه‌بندی می‌شوند. «آمایه‌های ذهنی اعتقادبنیاد» مولد تمام افعال و اقدامات سازمانی بوده و «آمایه‌های ذهنی انسان‌بنیاد» و «پیوندبنیاد» سبب ایجاد رویکرد متفاوتی نسبت به خود مدیر، کارکنان، متربیان و ذی‌نفعان در فرایندهای سازمان آموزشی و روابط انسانی می‌شود. «آمایه‌های ذهنی جهان-بنیاد» و «عملکردبنیاد» نیز نقش بسزایی در برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت خواهند داشت. چارچوب مفهومی حاصل، به‌عنوان ابزاری برای بهبود رهبری و مدیریت در نظام آموزشی، بر اهمیت توجه به نگرش توحیدی و انسان‌محور در تصمیم‌گیری و مدیریت روابط انسانی تأکید دارد. این چارچوب می‌تواند به حل چالش‌هایی نظیر مقاومت در برابر تغییر و ارتقای کیفیت ارتباطات سازمانی کمک کند. | ||

| The current research aims to investigate the conceptual framework of school principals' mindset from the perspective of the Holy Qur’an.To this end, 121 verses of the Quran related to the behavior and speech of four divine prophets (Yusuf, Moses, David, and Solomon, peace be upon them) were analyzed using the directional qualitative content analysis method. the The findings revealed that the components of school principals ' mindset can be categorized into five main categories: 1. Belief-based mindset; 2. Human-based mindset (nature, needs, and limitations); 3. Connection-based mindset; 4. World-based mindset (blessings and time); and 5. Performance-based mindset. Belief-based mindset is found to be the generator of all actions and organization, and human-based mindset and linkage-based mindset cause a difference to the managers, employees, trainers, and stakeholders in the processes of the educational organization and human relations. World-based mindset and performance-based mindset also play a significant role in planning and monitoring. The resulting conceptual framework, as a tool for improving leadership and management in the educational system, emphasizes the importance of paying attention to a monistic and human-centered approach in decision-making and managing human relations. This framework can help solve challenges such as resistance to change and improving the quality of organizational communications. | ||
