| چکیده | ||
| This study investigates the impact of Taqwa and Islamic ethical principles on employee mental health and organizational productivity through a deliberative inquiry approach. By analyzing Islamic texts (Quran and Shiite Hadiths) alongside contemporary empirical evidence, the research elucidates the ethical implications of Taqwa, including virtues such as repentance, faith, and moderation, and the prohibition of vices like envy, despair, and deception. Findings indicate that Taqwa fosters psychological well-being by regulating emotions, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and promoting mental vitality, thereby reducing workplace stress and burnout while enhancing organizational productivity. Practical implications include the implementation of Taqwa-based training programs, supportive policies for fostering marital and social bonds, and the promotion of wholesome recreational activities in organizations. This study proposes a divinely inspired ethical framework for management, offering effective solutions for mental health management in workplaces, contrasting with secular approaches. In conclusion, organizations should adopt Taqwa-based ethical training to enhance employee well-being and productivity, with future research recommended to empirically validate this framework across diverse workplace settings. | ||
