| چکیده | ||
| از مهم‌ترین ساحت‌هایی که ذهن والدین را درگیر می‌کند ساحت تربیت اخلاقی و ساحت تربیت جنسی است و سؤالی که می‌تواند به هر دو ساحت مرتبط باشد سؤال از این است که برهنه کردن عورت در برابر فرزندان چه حکمی دارد؟ سؤال مذکور از این جهت پدید می‌آید که این نگرانی برای والدین وجود دارد که مبادا با برهنه بودن در برابر فرزند، تربیت جنسی او مختل شود و فرزند در همان سنین یا سال‌ها بعد دچار مشکلات جنسی شود. همچنین جای این نگرانی وجود دارد که مبادا با برهنه بودن عورت والدین در برابر فرزند، ابهت پدر و مادر آنچنان که باید در نهاد فرزند درونی نشود و یا اینکه کودک در مسیر احترام به پدر و مادر دچار مشکل شود. در این پژوهش به روش کیفی و با تحلیل اسنادی به حل مسئله از منظر فقه امامیه پرداخته شد. در بررسی حکم کشف برهنه شدن والدین در برابر فرزندان بر اساس ادله اربعه، آیه استیذان وجوب ستر عورت از کودکی که قابلیت تعلیم اذن دارد، ولو ممیز نباشد، ثابت می‌شود و البته این آیه نسبت به قبل از این سن ساکت است. روایات بر حرمت برهنه شدن در برابر اطفال ولو غیرممیزین صحه می‌گذارند. عقل و عقلا نیز هر چند قبح برهنه بودن در برابر ممیزین را ثابت می دانند اما نسبت به غیرممیزین ساکتند و اجماع کاشف از رأی معصو م در این مسئله وجود ندارد. حاصل این کلمات این است که برهنه شدن در برابر فرزندان در تمام سنین جایز نیست. | ||

| One of the most significant areas that concerns parents is the realm of ethical education as well as sexual education. A question that relates to both areas is: What is the ruling on exposing the private parts in front of one’s children? This question arises due to parents’ concern that being naked before their child might disrupt the child’s sexual upbringing, potentially leading to sexual issues either during childhood or later in life. There is also a concern that such exposure might undermine the authority and dignity of the parents in the eyes of the child, or cause difficulties in the child’s respect towards the parents. This study employs a qualitative method and documentary analysis to address the issue from the perspective of Ja'fari jurisprudence (Imamiyyah school of thought). In examining the ruling on parental nudity in front of their children based on the four primary sources of Islamic law (the Quran, Sunnah, consensus, and reason), the verse regarding seeking permission (Istidhan) establishes the obligation to cover the private parts of a child who is capable of granting permission, even if the child has not yet reached the age of discernment (tamyiz). However, the verse is silent regarding children younger than this age. The narrations affirm the prohibition of nudity in front of infants, even those not yet of discernment. Reason and rational scholars also consider nudity in front of children of discernment as inappropriate, but they remain silent regarding children without discernment. Furthermore, there is no consensus that clearly reflects the infallible Imam’s opinion on this matter. The conclusion derived from these sources is that exposing one’s private parts in front of children is not permissible at any age. | ||
